Group Rate: 10 or more Early-by July 23rd $50 per person; Late Registration At

Fee Charge: Fees include attendance at every session. Housing,
meals and all other personal expenses are not included in the registration fee.
If you cancel for any reason, your registration will be refunded minus a $25
per person processing fee prior to July 1, 2009. No registration refunds after
July 23rd, 2009.
